We all need to drink plenty of fluids regularly throughout the day. When we exercise, particularly in warm weather, we need even more fluid to replace what we lose from sweat. If you don’t rehydrate, you can feel tired and you may not be on top form for your next lesson or game.
 
Drink plenty of fluid during the day so you are properly hydrated before you start to exercise (the best drinks are water or milk). Carry a drink bottle with water to class, matches and school so you can top up your fluid.
